Processing Time
Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days. Most weekday orders are handled within 24 hours. Please note that weekend orders may take slightly longer.
Delivery Time
After processing, shipping usually takes 4–9 business days, depending on your location and local carrier speeds.
Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders — no minimum required, no hidden fees.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey to your door.
Delays or Missing Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within a week after the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@shopmodea.com with your order number. We'll investigate and help resolve the issue.
Order Changes or Cancellation
We begin processing your order as soon as it's placed. If you'd like to cancel or change something, please contact us within 12 hours.
We’ll do our best to help, but we can’t guarantee changes once an order has entered the shipping phase.

Conditions for Return
To ensure your return is accepted:

A tracking code is required — we cannot process refunds for untracked returns

Hygiene products like underwear, lingerie, and swimwear are not eligible for return
Returns sent without prior approval, or that do not meet these conditions, may be declined.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified by email. If approved, we will refund the product value to your original payment method within 30 days.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For safety and tracking, we recommend using a tracked shipping service. Return shipments typically start around €20, depending on your carrier.
